ORDER (Dismissal of CASE's Motion for Protective Order)
Near the middle of page 7 of a filing of twenty-seven pages entitled, " Supplement to CASE's Answers to Applicants' First Set of Interrogatories and Requests To Produce," served l
December 1, 1980, CASE moved that the Board grant CASE a pro-l tective order regarding disclosure of the names of the former and present workers at the Comanche Peak plant who made allega-l tions regarding Applicants' construction practices there.
The NRC Staff informed the Board that it does not intend to submit a response to CASE's motion.
Applicants' response to CASE's l
motion noted that their interrogatories had not sought the names l
of workers who might have made allegations to CASE regarding con-struction practices at Comanche Peak.
The Board' agrees with Applicants that the proposed protective order is unnecessary.
