Dear Mr. Eisenhut:
In Reference (b), Commonwealth Edison Company provided to the NRC a summary description of our -conformance to the NUREG 0737 implementation dates.
For Item I.C.5, we indicated our intent to have procedure revisions in place by January 1, which provide for feedback of Operating Experience at Dresden, 1981',
Cities and Zion Stations.
Quad experience assessment function was in place asA corporate procedure required by Item I.C.5 and Zion Station was performing ~ this function as of January 1, 1981.
- However, this item were not in place until January 30,the Zion Station procedure r 1981.
The reason for this delay is attributed.to an isolated this function and the station,covmunications problem between the corpora and as such is not expected to re cur.
