Inasmuch as Contract No. NRC-02 79-024 expired on August 9, 1980 but the work was not completed; and inasmuch as the contractor now offers to complete the original contract at no additional cost to the Government; the contract is hereby extended with no additional funding required from December 1,1980 through December 31, 1980.

In addition, the Contracting Officer hereby approves the proposed substitution of Mr. George Trigilio who replaces Mr. George Kniazewycz as Project Manager for this contract.
