Arkansas Nuclear One-Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-313 and 50-368 License Nos. DPR-51 and NPF-6 Letters of Agreement for the ANO Emergency Plan-Appendix A (File:1510.4, 2-1510.4) i Gentlemen:
As committed to you in our Emergency Plan submittal letter of January 1, 1981, enclosed for your incorporation into Appendix A of the ANO Emer-gency Plan are letters of agreement with the following organizations.
- U.S. Department of Energy, Oak Ridge Operations - Emergency Prepardness Program,Section III Radiological Assistance Plan (thiJ plan, submitted by DOE, will replace the insert for the United States Department of Energy Federal Radiological Response Plan found in Appendix A).
- U.S. Department of Energy, Oak Ridge Operations - Radiation Emergency Assistance Center Training Site (REACTS) (this letter will replace the insert for Oak Ridge Associated Universities, Inc.
Medical and Health Services Division found in Appendix A).
- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District (this letter will replace the insert for United States Army Corps of Engineers Little Rock District found in Appendix A).
Due to several title changes of the supporting organizations, a revised cooy of the cover sheet to Appendix A is also provided in the enclosure.
To date, there remains only one outstanding letter of agreement.
It is with the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences - Hospital. Through contacts with representatives of the hospital, we have been informed that due to changes in the way agreements like our letters of agreement 8102 o <, gy s
MEMBER M'OOLE SOUTH UTIUTIES SYSTEM
are handled, the agreement between AP&L and the hospital will not be available to AP&L until mid to late March, 1981. AP&L will therefore submit this agreement letter to the NRC for incorporation into the ANO plan in early April.
