This is in response to your letter dated Nwember 10, 1980, which requested a speciffe exemption from the requirements of 10 CFR 70.57(b)(11).
We have detemined that granting the requested exemption will not endanger the common defense and security and that it is otherwise in the pubt!c interest to do so. Accordingly, ef fective immedf ately, we are modifying License Condition 4.9 of Amendment No. MPP-2 to your License No.
SNM-1168 as reflected in the enclosure to this letter.
We have detennined that the attachment to your letter dated Nwember 10, 1980, contains information of a type spectfied in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such information is deemed to be commercial or financial infonnation within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subj ect to disclosure only in accordance with the prwistons of 10 CFR 9.12.
