This is in further response to your letter of December 29, 1980 in.which you equested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of docanents pertaining to paragraphs one and two of the October 27, 1980 Feceral Register Notice.
please find enclosed SECY-80-384, memorandum dated August 15, 1980 from Robert B. Minogue to the Comissioners.
This paper discusses contaminated smelted alloys and constitutes the Comission response to ERDA's (D0E) request for exemptions from licensing requirements.
This document was undergoing review for releasability determination at the time of our initial response on January 21, 1981.
