To this extent, the monitor has been on service at all times to detect leakage between the normally locked closed valves and the air-operated discharge valves.

The monitor alarm is set to warn the oper-ator when concentrations are present that exceed those values listed in Column II, Table II, Appendix B of 10 CFR 20; plant procedures have been reviced ac-cordingly and vill be put into effect upon review completion.

These changes have proven to be acceptable.
