This is in response to your letter dated December 16, 1980 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of all documents, within the AEC Docket No. STN-50-437:
Offshore Power Systems' Application for License to Manufacture Floating Nuclear Plants, which contain statements by any party that any alternative uses of the land on which the floating plants manufacturing facility be constructed must comport with use conditions as stated by the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida, the City of Jacksonville, the Jacksonville Port Authority, et. al.
The NRC can locate no documents subject to your request.
