1. Thermal !!ydraulic LHFBR Safety Experiments 1.1 Ilydrodynamic Characteristics of Two-Phase Dispersed Systems (T. Ginsberg, J. Klages, Y. Sanborn; J. Chen, Lehigh Univ.)

All of the data obtained from the initial hydrodynamic dispersal tests, both with and without disturbance tubes present in the test vessel, have been re-duced. Void fraction und pressure profiles have been plotted.

1.4 Fuel Relocation Studies (G.A. Greene)

A final report was completec 1.5 Heat Transfer in Internally HeateJ ing Pools (G.A. Greene and S.M.

Reilly, MIT)

Comparison of pressure and temperature data to determine boiling inception point for stratified boiling cases was begun.

1.6 Transition Phase Technology Assessment (G.A. Greene and T. Ginsberg)

Preparation of a final report continued.
