Re: Co1sumers Power Company Dc,cket No. 50-155 The Attorney General of the State of M.tchigan has reviewed the Proposed Findings and Conclusions in connection with the AEC pro-ceedings on Consumers Power Company 8s' application for a provisional operating license for the Big Rock Point Nuclear Plant.
We have no comment to submit on these hearings except to say that they present fairly the issues involved.
