i This letter will confinn my telephone call to you on November 27, i
i 1974 regarding your inquiry as to whether any consnents had been filed in response to the Federal _ Register notice of the petition for " substantial costs, including expert witness fees and attorney's l
fees" which you filed on behalf of West Michigan Environmental Action Counsel, Inc.
I advised you that the coment period had been extended until Noyceber 28,1974 (39 F.R. 39491) and that the only connent received to the date of our telephone conversation was from Consumers Power Company. You stated that you had received that cocuent and it was not necessary for the Staff to provide you with another copy.
The coment period has now expired and the Coennission's Rules and Proceedings Branch advises me that no additional connents have been received.
