In accordance with our telephone conversation of December 10, 1974, this is to advise you that the other parties to this proceeding have consented to my request for an extension until December 18, 1974 of the latest date for the filing of the Staff's answer to WMEAC's November 19 " Petition for Leave to Intervene, Request for Hearing and Motion for Consolidation." As I explained over the telephone, the requested extension of time is necessary because, due to a mail distribution error within our office, I did not become aware of WMEAC's submission until yesterday.
