Dear Mr. Keppler:
In Reference (c), Commonwealth Edison Company indicated that a technical assessment of the coating requirements for repair of spot welds on UNISTRUT hangers would be available by December 15, 1980.
The supplier has not yet completed his study in 3ufficient detail for an assessment by Commonwealth Edison.
Completion of the supplier's study anc a technical essessment by Commonwealth Edisca are now expected to be available by February 15, 1981.
