Enciosed for your review is the upgraded ANO Emergency Plan developed to comply with applicable portions of 10 CFR 50 as printed in the Federal Register of August 19, 1980.
Due to time constraints, we were unable to obtain all of the letters of agreement with supporting organizations for Appendix A of the plan. These remaining letters will be submitted to the NRC by January 31, 1981.
