In compliance 'with Section 50.54(u) of the Commission's Regulations which became effective on November 3,1980, we are submitting 10 copies of the most recent draft of the Peach Sottom Atomic Power Station emergency pl an.
The plan contents wers prepared based on NUREG 0654 guidance and incorporate work done with Pennsylvania and Maryland state and county emergency agencies.
The Pennsylvania state and county plans included with this submittal are the latest versions of these doct.".nents that we have received as of this date.
These plans are being reviewed for compatibility with our plan and we expect there will be revisions as our review continues. We have not yet received the updated plans for the States of Delaware, New Jersey and Maryland, and for twc counties in Maryland.
These plans will be forwarded as soon as they are available to us.
Thi.s submittal is the first step in upgrading the state of emergency preparedness for Peach Bottom to comply with the new regulations. Development of the plan will continue as the state and county plans are revised and updated and as we continue to ev aluate the requirements of the recently received Revision 1 of f
NUREG 0654 Additional submittals will be made as significant oo,p changes are made to our plan and the state and county plans.
