This refers to your letter' of June 5,1973, addressed to the AEC Di--
rector of Licensing requesting documents and information from the-AEC.
I am having the information assembled and will transmit it to you.-
It will take sonte time-to furnish you a complete docket sheet as this will' need to be. assembled.
There is not a local docket room for the Big Rock facility. in l4ichigan.
As you are aware, the AEC is represented by counsel of record in both the administrative proceeding and the court suit.
I think it would be appropriate, and I shall appreciate, your making requests for informa-tion from the AEC through its counsel.
This will also serve _to expedite
