RIV Docket Nos. 50-458/I&E Bulletin 80-16 50-459/I&E Bulletin 80-16 This response is the supplement referred to in our letter of September 5,1980, which addressed our A/E's (S&W) scope of supply.
Our NSSS vendor (G.E.) has recently completed its investigation of
" Potential Misapplication of Rosemount, Inc. Models 1151 and 1152 Pressure Transmitters With Either "A" or "D" Output Codes" as stated in I&E Bulletin No. 80-16, and has identified the following instrument numbers (from the Master Parts List) as questionable:
Cll-N054 E22-N050 C71-N050 E22-N054 E12-N052 E22-N056 E12-N055 E31-N080 E12-N056 E31-N081 E21-N051 E31-N083 E21-N052 E31-N084 E21-N053 E31-N085 To further address the instruments listed above, G.E. has committed to perform an internal design review during the first quarter of 1981, and to document the results at the end of that quarter.

Approximately 800 total man-hours have been consumed to date addressing I&E Bulletin 80-16.
GSU will report on the results of G.E. 's internal design review and update the total man-hours entailed by May 1, 1981.
