10*" .f Pose 2 o' 2 Pages U.S. NUCLEAR REuCLATORY C0%1*llSSION EXPORT LICENSE Conditions License Number XB001121 Condition 1 - Licensee shcIl file with the Customs Officer or the Postmaster two copies,in addi-tion to those otherwise required, of the Shipper's Export Decicrotion covering each export and mark one of such copies for transmittel to the U.S. Nuclear Regu-lotory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555. The following declaration should oc-company or be placed on the Shipper's Export Declarations for such exports:
"This shipment is being made pursuont to specific license number (specific license number) filed et (location of Customs office where license is filed),
on (date license was filed). Th:s license expires en (expiration date of license), and the unsh;pped bcience remcining on this license is sufficient te cover the shipment described on this decieretion.'
Condition 2 - Exports cuthorized in any country or destinction, except Country Groups C, S. W.
X, Y, and 2 in Pert 370, Suppiement Nc.1, of the Comprehens ve Exper* Scheduie of the U.S. Deocrtment of Commerce.
Condition 3 - This license covers only the nuclect centent of the metencl.
Condition 4 - The metenol te be experted under this license shcIl be sh pped in ccccrdance with the physical pretection recuirements fer specici nuclect meterict in 10 CFR 73.
Condition 5 - Specici nuclear meterial cuthorized for export under this l' cense shall not be trcnsported outside the United States in passenger carrying circraft shipments in exceeding (1) 20 grcms er 20 curies. whichever is less, o' plutonium or uraniu n 233, or (2) 350 grams cf urenium 235.

Condition 7 -The hcensee shall ecmplete end submit on NRC Form 741 for each shipment cf source meterici experted under this license.
Condition 8 - The licensee shall ocvise the NRC in the event there is any change in the designe-tion of the compcny who will packer,e the nuclear metenc! to be expored under this license, or cny change in the locetion cf the packaging operation, ci least three weeks prior to the scheduled ccte of export.
