Dear Mr. Shuman:
This is in reply to your undated letter, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, that the' Nuclear Regulatory Commission send you a listing of all material dealing with areas of nuclear science such as reactor design, construction and security, general publications and the nuclear weapons program.
In response to your request we wish to inform you that the NRC does not publish a list such as you requested.
However, you may find the enclosed documents will be useful for your purposes.
The enclosures are listed in Appendix A.
The Nuclear Regulatory Conmission, does not have jurisdiction over the nuclear weapons program.
