Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 1 Docket No. 50-313 License No. DPR-51 Cycle 5 Reload Report Fee Submittal (File: 1510.5)
Gentlemen:
Your letter dated December 8,1980 requested AP&L to send a fee of
$12,300 for review of our October 31, 1980 submittal of the Cycle 5 Reload Report. The October 31, 1980 submittal was the preliminary submittal of the Cycle 5 Reload Report to assure that the final submittal would receive prompt review, due to a short review time anticipated.
Therefore, no fee was submitted as our intention is to attach the fee with the final Cycle 5 Reload Report document trans-mittal.
The final AN0-1 Cycle 5 Reload Report is scheduled for submittal on February 1,1981, and will be accompanied by a fee of $12,300. We trust this will not cause a problem with your accounting system.
