REQUEST FOR ACTION UNDER 10 CFR 2.206 AND 2.202 Notice is hereby given that by a request of November 21, 1900, the Rockford League of Vomen Voters (League) petitioned that a proceeding be instituted pursuant to 10 CFR 2.202 to consider modification, suspension or revccation of the construction permit issued to Commonwealth Edison Company for :he Pyron Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2, to insure proper resolution of all outstanding safety problems applicable to the Byron Station. Pending a full hearing and determination of its request, the League sought an imediate halt to the construction of the Byron Station. This petition is being treated as a request for action under 10 CFR 2.206 of the Ccmission's regulations, and accordingly, action will be taken en the petition within a reasonable period of time.
