January 14, 1981 ORDER GRANTING WITHDRAWAL OF CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPLICATIONS On December 24, 1980, the Applicant moved to withdraw its application for construction permits. The Staff responded that it had no objection since no site work has been performed and redress of the site is, therefore, not required. The Staff supported the withdrawal and suggested that no conditions should be attached to. the. withdrawal.
