ru NRC STAFF'S PROPOSED DISCOVERY SCHECULE, On January 5,1981, during the second preharing conicrence, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board directed the parties to submit by January 15, 1981 a proposed schedule covering discovery and related matters.1/-
The Staff submits the following schedule pursuant to the Board's directive.
DATE MILESTONE January 21 Commence update of previously filed discovery responses.
February 18 Complete update and commence new discovery.
March 4 Final day for filing new discovery requests.
March 13
. Deadline for filing objections to discovery requests.
March 25 All discovery responses and all motions to compel to be filed.
April 3 Third prehearing conference April 22 Written testimony to be filed.
