This refers to your application dated March 22, 1978, requesting approval of your proposed quality assurance program in accordance with 10 CFR 571.51.
Because this program was filed before January 1,1979,10 CFR 171.51(a) authorized your existing quality assurance pr.ogram until the acceptability of the March 22 program has been finally determined by the Commission.
On October 9,1979, we completed our request for additional infonnation concerning your March 22, 1978 application and provided guidance for developing a quality assurance program. A response was requested within thirty (30) days. On July 3,1980, you were advised of your failure to respond to our October 9 letter.
Unless we receive the requested information within thirty (30) days of the date of this letter, we plan to issue a denial of your quality assurance program application.
