Mr. Foger S. Boyd Enclosed herewith are five (5) copies of a Special Report (SR-9) covering the containment leak rate tests at our Big Rock Point Naclear Plant. The results of the 1964 tests are included in response to your letter of July 14, 1965 requesting additional information un this test.
Both tests indicate the leak rate to be well below the Technical Specification limits, dencnctrating to our satisfaction that there har been no detectable deterioration of vessel integrity during four years of operation.
