V AMENIKENT NO. 7 Effective 12:01 a.m., August 7,1967, Indemnity A6reement No. B-22 betwee.n the Consu=ers Power Company and the Atomic Energy Commission dated July 18, 1962, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
Delete Item 2a of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement in its entirety and substitute the following therefor:
Item 2a - Amount of financial protection
$ 1,000,000 from 12:01 a.m., July 18, 1962, to 12:00 Midnight, September 25, 1962, inclusive;
$ 1,500,000 from 12:01 a.m., September 26, 1962, to 12:00 Midnight, October 31, 1962, inclusive;
$23,600,000 from 12:01 a.m., November 1, 1962, to 12:00 Midnight, April 30, 1964, inclusive;
$36,000,000 from 12:01 a.m., May 1, 1964, to 12:00 Midni ht, August 6, 1967, inclusive; G
and

$44,400,000 subsequent to that date.
