Dear Mr. MacDonald:
Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc. requests that the expira' ion date of Certificate c
of Compliance No. 5059 for the NFS Uranyl Nitrate Tank Trailer be extended from December 31, 1980 to March 31, 1981.
The consolidated application for renewal of the Certificate requested in your letter of 10/8/80 will be submitted to your office by January 31, 1981.
This extension is being requested in order that the tank trailer can be used while the consolidated application is being submitted and reviewed.
As required by 10 CFR, Part 170, we have determined that this request is subject to a renewal fee of $150.00 as specified in Fee Category llc of Section 170.31. Nuclear Fuel Services' check #57897 for the amount specified above is enclosed.
