Operating License No. DPR-73 Docket No. 50-320 Written and Oral Examinations This letter is to confirm the recent phone conversation between Mr. N.
Brown of my staff and your Mr. B. Wilson regarding the license applica-tion for Mr. G. Kunder, TLL 649, dated December 15, 1980.
In accordance with clarification guidance provided in Section I.A.2.1 of the recently issued NUREG 0737, a waiver is hereby requested to delete the Reactor Operator portien of the Senior Reactor Operator examination requested in the aforementioned license application.
Mr. Kunder is a degree-holding staf f-engineer for DiI-2.
