Dear Mr. McLoughlin:
In your letter of December 17, 1980, you requested NRC confirmation of suppcrt for the FEMA REP training programs for FY-81. This letter confirms that support.
Robert DeFayette has been the principal NRC participant in the past and to the extent possible, he will continue to be the NRC participant. How-ever, because of Mr. DeFayette's other responsibilities arid assignments, we are planning to involve other NRC personnel as well.
1 Mr. CeFayette will continue to be the NRC representative on the Task Force on Training and Exercises and thus will be our point of contact for training matters.
