'de have noticed a continuine inconsistency in the NRC's service list (ec list) for d'.stribut*nc conies of ISC co-resnondence on the Calvert Cliffs dockets. This problem was previously documented in the referenced letter. Re-cently, copies vere received of letters which were dated Novenber,1980 tover a tenth late).

In one case, a letter on the subject of UUPEG-0577 Lanellar Tenr-inc of Suncorts, a meetinr notice vns civen for nid - December, but the letter was not received until January.

It aprears that this eroblem is nere prevalent with imC letters ad-dressed to "All Pover Reactor Licenses" as opposed to letters which are address-ed specifically to our Vice-President.

In addition, the Service List used by !GR remains out of date even thouch we have actually re-tyned it and submitted it to your office (see reference).

Attached is an updated Service List. Please destroy all old service list for the above dockets.
