WASHINGTON. D.C. 20035 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. B-22 AMENDMENT NO. 9 Effective February 1,1969, Indemnity Agreement No. B-22, between Consumers Power Company and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated July 18, 1962 as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
The amount "$74,000,000" is deleted wherever it appears and the amount "$82,000,000 is substituted therefor.
The amount "$57,350,000" is deleted wherever it appears and the amount "$63,550,000" is substituted therefor.
The amount "$16,650,000" is deleted wherevet it appears and the amount "$18,450,000" is substituted therefor.
