.i Application for Facility Operating Licenses: Consideration of" Issuance of Facility Operating License and Notice of Opportunity for Hearing, 45 Fed. Reg. 77208 (November 14, 1980), several representatives of local governmental entities have filed petitions seeking to participate in any hearing held in this proceeding as a representative of an interested state, county, municipality, and/or agencies thereof, pursuant to 10 C.F.R.

These petitions arrived in the offices of Applicant's f
counsel over the recent holidays.
In addition, counsel in this i
