1 Uff!TED STATES ATOMIC ENERGY COMMISSION 00CLET NO. 50-155 C0flSUMERS POWER COMPANY NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF A'4E!!DMENT TO FACILITY LICENSE Notice is hereby given that the U. S. Atomic Energy Commission (the Commission) has issued Amendment No. 5 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-6 issued to the Consumers Power Company which revised Technical Specifications for operation of the Big Rock Point fluclear Plant located in Charlevoix County, flichigan. This amendment is effective as of its date of issuance, and will expire six months thereaf ter.
The amendment permits a temporary change from 6 seconds to 10 seconds in the inlet ventilation valve closure requirement.
The application for the amendme'nt c'ompTie's with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Commission's rules and regulations, and the Commission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Commission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I which are set forth in the license amendment.
For further details with respect to this action, see (1) the appli-cation for amendment dated April 29,1974,(2) Amendment No. 5 to License No. DPR-6, with any attachments, and (3) the letter to Consumers Power Company which includes an evaluation of the requested amendment.
