DOCKET 50-155, LICENSE DPR-6 BIG ROCK POINT PIANT By letter dated March 11, 1975, Consumers Power Company transmitted draft Technical Specifications for tl.e Big Rock Point Plant.

Since that time, discussions with members of the Regulatory Staff have resulted in additional revisions to the draft Technical Specifications. These revisions are con-tained in the attachment to this letter. The pages contained in this attach-ment are labeled "Rev D, 12/2/75." These individual pages should be substituted for the identically numbered pages in the specifications trans-mitted March 11, 1975 and revised through May 30, 1975 The reevaluation of the battery discharge limit contained in the specifications submitted March 11, 1975 has been completed and appropriate changes are included in the attached revised pages.

In addition, revised pages are included to bring the Big Rock Point Plant into closer conformance to 10 CFR 50, Appendix J.

These revisions resulted from our review of 30 CFR 50, Appendix J.
