Transmitted herewith are three (3) originals and thirty seven (37) con-formed copies of the proposed change to the Technical Specifications for the Big Rock Point Plant, Docket 50-155, License DPR 6.
In addition, also attached is a change to the draft Technical Specifica-tions which were submitted for NRC review June 7, 1974. This change to the draft Technical Specifications is submitted to keep the draft speci-fications which are presently under review consistent with the requirements in the existieg Technical Specifications.
The purpose of this change is t6 define administrative control requirements associated with the air e,)ector off-gas monitoring system. Difficulties with this system were encountered as described in our letter of June 26, 1972 and supplemented in our letters of January 21, April 23 and May 3, 197h and February 21, 1975 4*
