On January 3, 1975 Consumers Power Company submitted a request for a change 1o the Technical Specifications of License DPR-6.
This change proposed incorporation of the results of General Electric Company's preliminary evaluation of Big Rock Point Plant performance under the Final Acceptance Criteria into the Technical Specifications.
At the time this proposed change was submitted, the Big Rock Point Plant Review Committee nad not completed its review of the charge.
Since the January 3, 1975 submittal, the Big Rock Point Plant Review Comm!+ tee has completed the review of this proposed change and concluded, as did the Safety and Audit Review Board, that this change does not involve a significant hazards consideration.
These results were previously cransmitted verbally and the purpose of this letter is to confirm the res21ts of the Plant Review Com-mittee review.
