ISSUANCE OF DIRECTOR'S DECISION UNDER 10 CFR 2.206 On July 7,1980, notice was published in the Federal Register (45 FR 45748) that Christa-Maria on behalf of Concerned Citizens for the Charlevoix Area, had requested that the Big Rock Point Plant be shutdown imediately. This plant is located in Charlevoix County, Michigan.
The Director has treated this request as a request for action under 10 CFR 2.206.
Upon a review of the information provided by Christa-Maria, the Director has determined that Christa-Maria's request does, not provide 'an adequate basis to shutdown the Big Rock Point Plant. Accordingly, Christa-Maria's request has been denied.
Copies of the Director's Decision are available for inspection in the Commission's Public Document Room,1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, D. C.
20555 and at the Charlevoix Public Library,107 Clinton Street, Charlevoix, Michigan 49720. A copy of the Decision will also be filed with the Secretary for review by the Commission in accordance with 10 CFR 2.206(c) of the Commission's regulations.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.206(c) of the Conn.ission's regulations the Decision will constitute the final action of the Commission twenty (20) days after the (ate of issuance unless the Commission, on its own motion, institutes a review of this decision within that time.
