Public Service Company of Colorado proposes modifications to its Fort St. Vrain security system as discussed in the enclosure.
Your prompt review of this proposal is requested as engineering is in progress.
After NRC approval has been obtained, the Fort St. Vrain Security Plan will be amended to reflect these modifications.
