- 3) Serial 9769, dated October 10, 1980 This letter, as were the referenced letters, is an interim 50.55(e) report concerning the overstressed condition in letdown cooler supports.
The manufacturer and B&W are still in the process of analyzing the letdown cooler supports based on the actual nossle loads supplied by the Architect /
Engineer. The result of the analyses were expected to be available by December. Once these loads are available, the Architect / Engineer vill analyze the existing support to determine the extent of the modification required.
Another report, either interin or final, will be sent on or before January 30, 1981.
