It seems to me, from all I can learn, Met 31d has acted is good faith in an effort to seet all standards for safe operation, and perhaps has gone beyond in =any cases.
Needless to say, every day that Unit I dees not operate, Met Ed custcmer has to pay more for electricity used. Please help us.
Please give i==ediate authorization for operation of Unit one.
