January 6,1981 ORDER This Board has before it Petitioner Sensible Maine Power's Motion requesting that a second notice of opportunity for hearing be published in the Federal Recister in light of the amendment filed by Licensee on September 29, 1980 to its application for a license amendment of September 18, 1979.
The September 18, 1979 apolication seeks authority to increase the spent fuel storage capacity of tne plant to 1545 spent fuel assemblies from 953 assemblies.
The September 29, 1980 amended application would further increase the capacity to 2430 assemblies.
The NRC Staff supports Petitioner's motion and the Licensee opposes it.
In light of the significant changes made by the September 29, 1980 amended application, it is this 6th day of January,1981 ORDERED S'l h
