"0NSITE METEOROLOGICAL PROGRAMS" We have submitted NRR comments on the subject document on May 1,1980, and August 8, 1980.
Enclosed are memoranda containing further comments on the document. The paragraph suggested at the end of the memorandum from R. Baer should be added to the implementation section to avoid undesirable large adverse impacts on operating license review schedules.
As the memorandum from J. Lewis suggests, the accuracy specifications for wind vanes should be changed so that the wind vanes tested in EPA-600/4-80-028 would be found acceptable according to the ASTM standard method.
