Your letter (Reference 1) requested that we determine whether Valcor Solenoid Valves having P/N's V70900-21-1 or -3 are used to perform any safety related function at our facility.

We have determined that this Bulletin does not apply to our facility because no solenoid valves manufactured by Valcor Engineering Corpor-ation are used in our safety or non-safety related circuits.
