STEERING GROUP TO COORDINATE DEGRADED CORE COOLING AND RELATED RULES As you directed, I have considered your options of a project manager versus a task group to coordinate the several ongoing rulemaking actions and have decided that a task group, chaired by the office with a primary responsibility in this area, is the preferable course of action.
Enclosed is my cemorandum to the cognizant office directors implementing that decision.
