Washington, D.C. 20555 Dear Sir Cn October 8, 1980, Mr. Harold Denton issued a Director's Decision denying the petition of Tne Nuclear Regulatory Commission to revoke the operating license of TVA's Sequoyah Unit le The Director's Decision was to have become final on November 8, 1980.
MC;td u.. : -
On October l'6, 1980, we filed exceptions to the initial decision.
~*
I have since received no notification of a final order on the -
2.206 petition or seen a federal register notice of'same. Cand you please tell me whether the Commission has rendered its final order on this petition and if so, on what date?
~
It is my recollection that petitioners may appeal final orders of the Commission to the Courts of Appeals within 60 days of tne date of finalization. I would appreciate it if you would let me know if this time period has changed.
Thank you for your assictance.
