In accordance with the provisions of Reference (1), an application to-amend Provisional Operating License No. DPR-45 for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor was filed by Reference (4).
The enclosure of Reference (4) contained Section 3/4.8.1 A. C. Sources.
Included in this section is paragraph b. of ACTION on page 32h.-
A phrase in this paragraph was unintentionally omitted.
A corrected page 32h and an updated page 6-3 is enclosed with this letter.
The corrected version is consistent with the present LACBWR Technical Specification on page 32h.
