REVTEW 0F DRAFT PNL REPORT ON DRESDEN 1 CHEMICAL CLEANING In view of many other commitments of higher priority between now and September 20, RAB has decided not to review the subject draft report. A cursory review has suggested that our review i
would not have a significant impact in any case. Since R. Emch was the individual in RAB who would have been most appropriate for our review of the document, we believe he should be involved in an EEB review of the report.
If our decision not to review gives you any special problems, please let me know.
