HJ-STORM FW Amendment 5 Consolidated Changed Pages
Dear Ms. Chen:
By letter dated September 3, 2018, NRC staff documented requested for additional information (RAis) that are required to complete their detailed technical review of HJ-STORM FW CoC 1032 Amendment Request 5 submitted June 15, 2018. Holtec submitted the requested additional information in two batches. Following each submittal, clarification discussions were held between the NRC and Holtec. Holtec submitted additional information in response to these clarification calls. To facilitate the NRC Staffs review and SER development, Holtec is submitting a final proposed CoC with complete Appendix A and Appendix B and proprietary and non-proprietary files containing the consolidated FSAR changed pages.
Attachments 1, 2 and 3 to this letter contain the proposed Certificate of Compliance (CoC) and Appendices A and B. Attachments 4 and 5 contain the revised FSAR pages in proprietary and non-proprietary versions. An affidavit pursuant to 1 OCFR2.390 requesting that the proprietary information contained in Attachment 4 be withheld from public disclosure is included as.
