PROPOSED EXPORT OF ZIRCONIUM TUBING TO THE UNITED KINGDOM (XCOM0457)
Westinghouse Electric has requested expeditious processing of this license request as the equipment is scheduled for shipment on November 14, 1980.
The staff has concluded that this export meets the requirements of the Atomic Energy Act, as amended, and would not be inimical to the connon defense and security of the United States.
To comply with Westinghouse's request, this license was issued without the normal 15-day waiting period before a license is issued.
