20555 Dear Commissioner Ahearne The members of the San Diego Voice of Energy, a volunteer citizens group which supports all energy sources, would like to express their support for the return of Unit 1, at Three Mile Island, to service.
The delay in restarting this power plant is both unfair and unconscionable when other nuclear plants have been allowed to make modifications while operating and while the United States continues to rely on expensive unreliable foreign oil.
We as citizens urge the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to start up this plant and others in the country, we need the power NOW to reduce our dependence on imported oil.
